Note: Veritas Technologies is aware of an issue (Red Hat ID 1341473) on RHEL 6.8 where duplicate PVIDs are shown as warnings ("Found duplicates PV") when using multi-path storage whilst creating a volume group. Red Hat has a knowledge article on this issue and has a workaround available.
