Problem
After installing a NetBackup hotfix (VTS16-001) in an environment, status code 517 may be reported if the PC or Unix system where the Java console is started does not have the hotfix installed.Error Message
Unable to login, status: 517.
Can not connect to the NB-Java user service
via VNETD on <master_server> on port 13724.
Check the log file for more details.
When this occurs, the bpjava-msvc log will show the following errors:

11:34:26.003 [10235] <16> nb_tls_accept: ssl error [10235:error:14094418:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:tlsv1 alert unknown ca:s3_pkt.c:1106:SSL alert number 48]
11:34:26.003 [10235] <16> tls_accept: FAILED!! while performing SSL/TLS handshake. This would result in NetBackup Admin Console failing to establish connection with this host.
11:34:26.003 [10235] <16> session_secure_lookup: TLS handshake could not be completed. Check if NetBackup Console connecting is of same release as this installation of NetBackup.
