Problem

The MSDP tlog is older than 3 days. This error may be due to a Content Routers (CR) queue processing failure. 

The appliance has detected MSDP tlogs older than 3 days. At this point, MSDP will not accept new data until the transaction-logs (tlogs) have been processed.

If the host has been powered off or NetBackup daemons stopped for more than 3 days, this error/alert may be ignored, however tlogs will need to be processed to continue normal operation.

Cause

The transaction logs (tlogs) are scheduled to be processed at 00:20 and 12:20 every day.
If the tlogs have not been processed for 3 days, MSDP will not accept new data until rectified.

Review /msdp/data/dp1/pdvol/log/spoold/storaged.log for errors.
Review NetBackup disk error report for information on processing failures.

 

Solution

Start content-router queue processing (CRQP) using the command:
# /usr/openv/pdde/pdcr/bin/crcontrol --processqueue
