Problem Description:
Upgrade to 9.1.0.1 fails on the systems which have spaces in installation paths and 8dot3name is disabled. The upgrade process successfully upgrades the services and the database, then puts a copy in the backup directory (OpsCenterSaved_Data).
The error 1603 occurs when the upgrade process attempts to put the upgraded copy into place.

Installation Instructions:
Follow the instructions in the READNE file which is included in the EEB zip file.
1) Download the appropriate EEB package into into the C:\tmp directory.
2) Extract the EEB package and review the README file.
3) Take backup of VeritasOpsCenterServer.msi at the following path:
<setup_dir>\x64\Server
4) Copy and replace VeritasOpsCenterServer.msi from extracted EEB package to 9.1 setup at the following path:
<setup_dir>\x64\Server
5) Proceed with OpsCenter 9.1 executing Browser.exe from the setup as done regularly.
