A hotfix is available for NetBackup 8.1.2 which resolves the following problem:
One week after the Time Change in Brazil and Chile moved forward at midnight, nbpem started submitting SQL & Oracle Intelligent policy jobs repeatedly (one every minute) flooding the Activity Monitor, and most of these jobs would fail with Status Code 196.
