To resolve this issue, contact Veritas Support to get EEB3986629 and install it as follows:

  1. Download the EEB to a local machine.

  2. Using the scp command or a similar tool, copy the EEB to the following appliance directory:
    /inst/patch/incoming

    • For example:
      scp NBAPP_EEB_ET3986629-3.2.0.0-3.x86_64.rpm admin@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:/inst/patch/incoming/

    • Password: <enter_password>

  4. Run the following command from the “Manage > Software” view to verify that the EEB appears in the list:
    List Downloaded

  5. Run the following command to install the EEB:
    Install NBAPP_EEB_ET3986629-3.2.0.0-3.x86_64.rpm
