Enterprise Vault - Change Properties dialog box
This dialog box lets you enable or suspend archiving for the mailbox.
Note:
After you click OK in this dialog box, you still need to click OK in the Mailbox Properties dialog box for a change to take effect.
The dialog box contains the following field:
Suspend Enterprise Vault archiving for this mailbox | Lets you turn archiving for the mailbox on or off. When you suspend archiving, Enterprise Vault does not archive any items from any folder in your mailbox. However, you can still store items in a vault yourself when you need to. When you first use Enterprise Vault, your administrator may have suspended archiving to give you time to organize the information in your folders before archiving starts.
