Explanation: This error can occur in the following cases:
The certificate or the keystore is not available at the specified path.
The certificate or the keystore is corrupted or inaccessible.
The private key is encrypted and the passphrase file path is not provided.
The private key is encrypted and the passphrase that is contained in the passphrase file is wrong.
Recommended Action: Ensure that the certificate and the keystore are accessible and that their paths are correct.
