Description

When a user creates a new case there are 3 save options:

  • Save
  • Save & Set Up Processing
  • Save & Set Up Custodians

For systems with a large amount of cases the recomendation is to choose the "Save" button.

For instance, in a Distributed Archicture environment with several hundreds of cases, the "Save & Set Up Processing"  function can take up to 20 minutes or longer to be accomplished.    Under these conditions, it is much quicker to choose the "Save" button and navigate to the case to accomplish the next task.
