The DIMM data also shows the status as Awaiting Data and the state as Pending.
Cause
The BIOS firmware version is out of date. Due to the outdated BIOS firmware version, the values for the DIMM locators are retrieved in bytes that the internal plug-in fails to recognize them.
Solution
Update the BIOS version to version R01.01.0008 or later using SURE Tool v30 or later.
