Configuration of M365 tenant fails with an error message The request was too large or an invalid request was made [400] Tenant does not have a SPO license.

Adding the Tenant returns below error :

Cause
 

Access checks to all API's are failing due to a specific license type.

 

Solution

A hotfix is now available for this issue. Backup Exec 22.2 Hotfix 917391
