NetBackup IT Analytics - System Notification Data Collector SSL certificate has not been downloaded for collector

Problem

System Notification pops up every day on the NetBackup IT Analytics portal for Data Collector SSL certificate has not been downloaded for collector(s): <data_collector_name> 

Error Message

Data Collector SSL certificate has not been downloaded for collector(s): <data_collector_name> 

Cause

The Data Collector keystore file or the configuration file on the Data Collector host is corrupted.

Solution

1. Uninstall the NetBackup IT Analytics Data Collector binaries from the Data Collector host for which the notification is generated.

2. Reinstall the NetBackup IT Analytics Data Collector binaries on the Data Collector host.

Note: If Data Collector was configured with SSL, we need to reimport the SSL certificate into the Data Collector Java keystore
