NetBackup IT Analytics - Cohesity java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot get property 'hour' on null object

Problem

NetBackup IT Analytics data collection error for Cohesity Protection Details probe during scheduled and validation collection.
 

Error Message

Error in the Protection Details probe log:

Cause

The Cohesity ProtectionJob response doesn't have the startTime attribute as expected by Cohesity collection.
 

Solution

Veritas Technologies LLC currently plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix to the current version of the software.
