Description

This article will discuss how to properly use the  ServerRelativeURL clause when configuring Stub policies for a SharePoint Connector.

Consider the following scenario.

A customer would like to create a Stub policy for a specific SharePoint site collection.  There are many different Metadata Fields in the Clauses that can be used with policies. The one for this scenario is  ServerRelativeURL.

The complete site collection URL is: https://domain1.company.com/sites/mychannel

You only want to stub files in the Documents folder within this site, the ServerRelativeURL would be:  /sites/myChannel/Shared Documents*

An asterisk is required, otherwise the files in the folders will not be found.  Feel free to change the URL as required, as long as it ends with the asterisk.
