Driver validation fails with an error "VXCRYPTO_7.dll is missing" on a System Recovery disk for System Recovery 21.1
Problem
An error "VXCRYPTO_7.dll is missing" appears when clicking "Run Driver Validation" on a System Recovery disk (SRD) for System Recovery 21.1 (See Figure 1)
Error Message
The program can't start because VXCRYPTO_7.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Cause
A process "Drivervalidation.exe" fails to detect VXCRYPTO_7.dll.
Solution
This issue has been resolved on System Recovery 21.3.
Workaround:
1. Open File Explorer.
2. Browse the following folder.
C:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas System Recovery\RecoveryDisk\Tools and Utilities\SreTools\common
3. Copy VXCRYPTO_7.dll to C:\Windows.
4. Click "Run Driver Validation".
