The following steps detail how to manually convert a document using Muhimbi (not involving IGC) outside of Veritas eDiscovery:- On the eDiscovery server go to "D:\Clearwell Packages\Muhimbi Document Converter"
- Open the executable Document Converter Diagnostics.exe
- This opens the Muhimbi Document Converter Diagnostics application
- Under the tab WS Convert browse to the item, that is to be converted, in the Source field
- Click Convert / Process File
- The application will create a new PDF (of the same name as the converted file) in the same directory in the Source field
- If any error is encountered, it is displayed in the conversion window at the bottom
