Outlook 2016 ClickToRun (x86) client fails to start when the Enterprise Vault (EV) client is installed

ProblemWhen using Outlook 2016 (x86) with ClickToRun installer one of the below errors can be presented to the user preventing outlook from functioning correctly.
Error Message1. When starting Outlook the following error has been seen, which prevents Outlook from starting:
The file msptls.dll is incompatible with Microsoft Outlook. Install Outlook again:
2. The following error has been seen when an e-mail is sent:
An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program.
CauseThe issue is found only against Outlook 2016 (x86) ClickToRun client from version 16.0.6965.2092 and above, with EV client 11.0.1 CHF4 or above.
SolutionThis issue has been addressed in the following release:
Enterprise Vault 12.1.1 Release
