Problem
Items within the Enterprise Vault Storage Queue EVSQ files, that fail to be ingested will be moved to the Failed Items folder within the EV Storage Queue Location. The file/s will be in DVS file format. There is no method to retry these items to determine why they may have failed or sucessfully ingest them.Error Message

Cause
The root cause of the failure will need to be investigated and other events surrounding the above may provide this information.Solution
