Error "Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name... " when trying to push install the remote agent

Problem

Error "Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again" when trying to push install the remote agent

Cause

 When trying to push install the Backup Exec Remote agent using the Netbios name the error "Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again" is received.
