Unable to synchronize mailboxes after having upgraded to Microsoft Exchange 2010 or Microsoft Exchange 2013

Cause

The aforementioned issue is caused by an empty value for the Active Directory attribute HomeMTA for the Enterprise Vault System Mailbox.

This issue has been addressed in the following releases:

Enterprise Vault 10.0.4 CHF2

Enterprise Vault 11.0.0
