How to Start and Stop NetBackup Processes manually on NetBackup Appliance

Description

To manually stop NetBackup processes on NetBackup Appliance CLISH Menu, complete the following steps:

1. Open an SSH session and log on to the NetBackup Appliance. The logon is admin and the default password is P@ssw0rd .
2. Switch to Main > Support > Processes > and run the command 'NetBackup Stop'.
3. Run the command 'NetBackup Show' to check if all NetBackup processes have been stopped.

To manually start NetBackup processes on NetBackup Appliance after logging on as admin via SSH,

1. Switch to Main > Support > Processes > and run the command 'NetBackup Start'.
2. Run the command 'NetBackup Show' to check all NetBackup processes that have been started.
