The Storage Awards 2024 or “The Storries” as they are affectionately known saw over 250 of the storage industry’s finest converge on the Leonardo Royal Hotel in London. The event is held annually to recognize companies who exhibit excellence in several different categories. Backup Exec, the simple, secure, and unified data protection product and its leadership has been named a winner in multiple categories, including the highly coveted Data Protection Company of the Year and the Storage Industry Champion – Commercial of the Year. These wins are a remarkable testament to our product’s innovation, vision, and overall impact on the industry.

The Storage Awards 2024

Since 2003, the Storage Awards have been held annually to highlight and honor the top technologies, products, people, and solutions in the data storage industry.

Unlike many awards programs that depend on a judging panel, the Storage Awards have consistently used an online nominating and voting system to select winners. Readers of Storage Magazine—who are involved in purchasing, specifying, and using storage solutions for their organizations—have always been actively engaged in this process.

However, nominating and voting is open to all, internationally. Thus, solutions that are widely used and respected have a better chance of being recognized without relying on the preferences of a single judge or a small panel.
