LiveUpdate reports 'LU1834: Update not found' when attempting to update Backup Exec System Recovery (BESR). Other Symantec software on the computer successfully retrieves its content from an internal LiveUpdate Administrator 2.x (LUA 2.x) server.
Depending on the version of BESR and/or LiveUpdate being used, you may see the following message:
All of the Symantec products and components installed on your computer are currently up-to-date. Remember to check for new updates frequently
Either re-configure the client so that it does not use LUA, or manually install BESR patches.
