Solution

Bug: 1298186

Environment/Conditions:
After upgrading to 6.5.2, some Virtual Machines backups fail with Status 13. Bpbkar on the proxy server will fault on ntdll.dll

There is no workaround available.

Please apply the appropriate release update to resolve this issue.
