How to export items found after a successful Compliance Accelerator (CA) or Discovery Accelerator (DA) search completion.
In order to export items found after a successful Compliance Accelerator (CA) or Discovery Accelerator (DA) search, the search results must be accepted.
Ø For DA 8.0 and Above:
1. Click on the CA Department or DA Case tab.
2. Select the Department or Case name in the left panel to display its properties in the right panel.
3. Click on the Export/Production option and then New.
4. Fill in the Name field and select other relevant information. See Figure 1 below of a sample DA export configuration page.
Note: If the Search field is set to All, all accepted search results within this case will be exported; otherwise, select only the wanted search.
5. Click on Apply to export items selected.
