When pushing Remote Agent to remote servers during the initial install of Backup Exec the install may show as if hung during the install of Remote Agent. But in fact the Remote Agent has been installed.
During push install of Remote Agent if any network connection lost to remote server the Remote Agent install may look as if hung during the install process.
Verify on the remote server if Remote Agent has been installed.
If no Remote Agent located on the remote server please push install Remote Agent from the Backup Exec server using the Tools and Install Remote Agent option.
