After Upgrade from 2014 Beta 1 to 2014 Beta 2 will result in Catalog error ODBC access error when trying to Catalog media.
ODBC access error Possible lost connection to database or unsuccessful access to catalogue index
The ODBC error was caused by the schema mismatch to load BEDB from 2014 Beta1 directly into 2014 Beta2 fresh install without going through the beta build to beta build upgrade process.
To fix the ODBC error, please run the following command on the setup, which will fix the catalog SQL schema mismatch: CatRebuildIndex.exe -r

There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. This issue may be resolved in a future major revision of the software at a later time. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release.
