Storage pool volumes are not visible in the SSR 2013 console. This prevents these volumes from being included in a backup job.
Windows 8 storage pools may be created with the Advanced 4k sector size, despite the physical drives being 512 byte size. (source: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/hh848035(v=vs.85).aspx). At this time, SSR 2013 does not support this format. (source: http://www.veritas.com/docs/000009793).
