HyperV backup is successful but not all drives are not visible in the BAR GUI

Problem

When using the BAR GUI to browse HyperV guests, it is found that some guests not show all the drives that were on the OS when it was backed up.

Error Message

The Activity Monitor job details for the backup job show the backup was successful.  However, this error is shown in the job details:

Cause

This issue has been known to occur when the Guest OS is configured with an IDE controller and has a virtual disk greater than 127 GB in size.

Solution

This issue is resolved in 7.5.0.6 and 7.6.0.1.

If you are experiencing this issue, please upgrade the version of NetBackup to the above level or newer.
