When attempting to update the version of Symantec System Recovery (SSR) on a remote machine, the option for 'Upgrade Agent' is not available. This option should become available when the version of SSR on the remote machine is older than the version installed on the 'host' machine (i.e. host machine has SSR 2013 SP2 installed and remote machine has 2013 SP1 installed).
Uninstall SSR from the host machine. Reinstall SSR using the 2013 SP2 (11.0.2) build that is available via MyVeritas portal (See http://www.veritas.com/docs/000100418).
