Problem

  • An export has not started and just remains in a Queued state

Solution

 

  1. Are any other exports still in progress?

    If so, please wait for these exports to complete and see if the relevant export batch changes its status
     
  2. Contact the EV .cloud support team providing the relevant details -

     
    1. Export Name
    2. Start Date-Time
    3. Batch ID 
       
  3. All the relevant information is provided under Batch Processes in Discovery Archive



  4. The support team will investigate the reason for the delay and can if necessary, reset the export batch
