PDF attachments to signed emails (IPM.Note.SMIME.MultipartSigned) cannot be opened from a Centera partition

Problem

When IPM.Note.SMIME.MultipartSigned emails with PDF attachments are archived to a Centera Partition with device-level sharing turned on, the attached PDF's cannot be opened when the emails are retrieved or restored from this partition.  When these emails are viewed via EV Search or Archive Explorer the file size of the PDF attachments are displayed as zero.

This issue is resolved in the following release:

After this Cumulative Hotfix is applied, the previously affected archived items will be able to be retrieved successfully, with the following caveats:

1) As a result of how the data was stored prior to the fix being applied, the affected emails will display as having at least two additional attachments - an .HTM file and a .P7S signature.

2) Any embedded attachments will show as normal attachments rather than being displayed within the body of the email.

3) The email will display as Signed however details of the signature will not be visible.

All other aspects of the message will be as normal - the attachments will be viewable, as will the message body.
