This fix resolves an issue where the "language stem index" in the SearchAnalytics phase of post processing takes a long time to complete.  To see if this is applicable, look at your case's "searchanalytics" logs in a text editor.  Search for StemIndexManager and compare the time from the 1st entry to the last.  If the time is appreciable (say over 4 hours), then this patch should be installed to reduce the amount of time in the "language stem indexer."
