DLO Agent throwing run time error at the time of launch.

Workaround:

Please check whether the redistributable 2005 and redistributable 2010 is
installed on problematic agent machine(s).

If not try the below steps:

1.Uninstall the DLO agent.
2.If it is a 32-bit machine, then install 32-bit version of Visual Studio
Redistributable 2005 and Visual Studio Redistributable 2010.
3.If it is a 64-bit machine and MicroSoft Outlook is 32-bit, then install 32-bit
version of Visual Studio Redistributable 2005 and Visual Studio Redistributable
2010.
4.If it is a 64-bit machine and MicroSoft Outlook version is 64-bit then install 32-bit
and 64-bit version of Visual Studio Redistributable 2005 and also 64-Bit
version of Visual Studio Redistributable 2010.

Note:  We are dependent upon some DLLs which will get loaded with installtion of Visual C++
redistributables.

So if they are not present or not loaded properly will face these issues.
