Non-English text characters appear in the Backup Exec appliance web UI

Problem

When you run an English Backup Exec appliance web UI on one remote computer, and then on a second remote computer you run a Backup Exec appliance web UI in a language other than English, non-English text characters appear in the English version of the web UI that is running on the second computer.

Solution

Because the Backup Exec appliance only supports running one web UI session at a time, Symantec recommends that you close the non-English version of web UI that is running on the second remote computer.
