Cause

Possible cause for this issue could be Device reservation conflict or NDMP device (Remote Agent Direct Access) connectivity issues

Solution

1. Restart the Backup Exec Remote Agent Service on Client Server which is being restored.
2. Restart the Backup Exec Services on Media Server
3. Retry the restore job

If the error continues even after the above steps are performed please contact technical support.
