Problem

A volume-level backup of the Windows Boot volume (SystemDrive) of Backup Exec server fails with the error message mentioned below after applying Backup Exec 2010 R3 Service Pack 3

Backup- C:
Directory C:\WINDOWS\SYSVOL\sysvol\DOMAIN.com\DO_NOT_REMOVE_NtFrs_PreInstall_Directory was not found, or could not be accessed.

None of the files or subdirectories contained will be backed up.
