In a Symantec System Recovery Management Solution (SSR-MS) environment, a license policy is not accepted on certain client machines. The client machine shows that SSR is still in trial mode.

This issue is caused by the above crash in VProSvc.exe on the client machine.
This issue is already fixed in SSR 2013 SP1. The following statement only applies to SSR 2011:
A supported hotfix has been made available for this issue. Please contact VeritasTechnical Support to obtain this fix. This hotfix has not yet gone through any extensive Q&A testing. Consequently, if you are not adversely affected by this problem and have a satisfactory temporary workaround in place, we recommend that you wait for the public release of this hotfix.
