When using Backup History to set the date range on a NetBackup Java console, status code 144 may be reported.

A NetBackup Java console is unable to browse Backup History (Backup, Archive and RestoreActions menu > Set Date RangeBackup History...) on master servers running earlier 7.5.0.x versions.  When trying to do so, a status 144 error (invalid command usage) is reported.

Error Message

bpclimagelist: unrecognized option
                -first_fragment (Status 144)


The -first_fragment command line switch was added in NetBackup, but this switch should not be used with bpclimagelist and bplist commands called by Java console processes if the master server queried is at a version prior to - if it happens, status 144 is returned.
