After succesfully installing and configuring the Symantec System Recovery 2013 monitor, the computers\agents are not visible when another user logs into the same computer and launches SSR Monitor.
1. Install SSR Monitor into a profile with administrative privileges.
2. Add computers to the console.
4. Browse to .C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec System Recovery Monitor
5. Right-mouse click on SSRMonitor.exe and choose as Run As Administrator. Run this program using the credentials in step 1.
(note: SSRMonitor.exe may show as SSRMonitor, while the config file may show as SSRMonitor.exe. Right-mouse click on the file as indicated below:

There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. However, the issue is currently scheduled to be addressed in the next major revision of the product.
