Problem

Service Pack 1 (11.0.1) for Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2013.

NOTE 1: After upgrading to Symantec System Recovery 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1), a new recovery point set (base image; full) would be created for all the existing recovery point set backup jobs at their next scheduled execution time.

NOTE 2: If Symantec System Recovery 2013 Basic Edition is installed on Windows Server 2012, Blue Screen of Dead (BSOD) might be experienced on first reboot after applying Service Pack 1. See TECH207850 in Related Articles Section below to avoid this issue.
