This hotfix contains a critical fix for Backup Exec 2012 revision 1798.

Prerequisites
- Backup Exec 2012 revision 1798 Service Pack 1a (TECH186717) is required before installing this update.
- Backup Exec 2012 revision 1798 Hotfix 201596 (TECH201596) is required before installing this update
- Administrative privileges are required to install this hotfix.
 
 
Post requisites
- A full backup is recommended after installing this hotfix.
 
 
Issue(s) resolved
- In a Backup Exec 2012 CASO environment with multiple Managed Backup Exec Servers and Deduplication folders media may become expired, deleted, and or overwritten unintentionally. (TECH206233)
- Redirected restore of an Exchange 2010 database to a Recovery Database, overwrites the original database ignoring the redirect settings.(TECH206240)
