After Hyper-V host had been restored with IDR, the guest OS might not work properly.
This issue is caused by discrepancy of the guest OS status and the host status which was recovered by IDR.
For instance, Hyper-V networking management service and Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management service of the host might not work or start automatically.
Perform one of the following workarounds:
A. Restart the host system if this issue occurs.
B. Restart the host system, then restore the indivisual guest VM's.
