Jobs disappear after upgrading to Symantec System Recovery 2013

Problem

Jobs disappear after you upgrade to Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2013.

Cause

In some instances, after you upgrade to SSR 2013, the jobs that were configured using earlier versions of SSR may not be shown.

Solution

Perform the following steps in the order listed:

  1. Click Start> Run, type services.msc and then click OK.
  2. Stop Symantec System Recovery service.
  3. Stop SymTrackService service.
  4. Start SymTrackService service.
  5. Start Symantec System Recovery service.
