LiveUpdate fails with LU1801 when attempting to update Backup Exec 2012.

After installing Backup Exec 2012, Live Update fails to apply Backup Exec Sp1A. LiveUpdate fails with error LU1801.

Windows Desktop Experience installation timing out at the Operating System Level.

Apply Backup Exec 2012 Service Pack 1a and hotfixes manually.
