Unable to back up CIFS shares despite NDMP being disabled on the NetApp filer

Problem

Backup of NetApp filer via CIFS share fails with the following error:

Error Message

Job log shows the following error:

Error during browse of IP of NETAPP FILER
Unable to connect to server.

Beremote debug logs shows the following:
