Backup Exec System Recovery \ Symantec System Recovery Management solution (BESR MS \ SSR MS) console cannot view policies. Error: Failed to construct Database

When attempting to view the policies pane of BESR MS \ SSR MS, it shows no (blank) information.

The user is attempting to access the console remotely using an account that doesn't have rights to the SSR database. 




Ensure that the user has full access rights. When logging into the console, try using fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the server rther than IP address of Netbios name alone. If prompts for proper credentials begin to appear, this is often a symptom that there is a rights issue. This can be common on a multi-domain environment.
