Unable to access Symantec System Recovery Management Solution (SSR-MS) console due to 'Error in Telemetry Data' (Figure 1).
This typically occurs following an upgrade from SSR-MS 2010/2011 to 2013.
Error in Telemetry Data
Manually reconfigure SSR-MS using the following steps:
- Open command prompt (run as administrator), go to <InstallDir>\Altiris\Notification Server\bin
- Run the following command: AeXConfig.exe /configure "<InstallDir>\Altiris\Symantec System Recovery Management Solution\Config\BackupSln.config"
- When the reconfigure is complete restart the Altiris Service and IIS
- Open the SSR-MS console
