Storage Crawler error: "An event was unable to invoke any of the subscribers"

The error occurs when Enterprise Vault tries to create a preview of the item along with an index for the item's content. Even when this error occurs, the item has been stored.  The restore also completes as expected. Affected areas are limited to preview and search for contents. Search for properties (example. search for item's date) should work as expected.

Veritas has acknowledged that the above-mentioned issue is present in the version(s) of the product(s) referenced in this article.
There are no plans to address this issue by way of a cumulative hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. However, the issue is currently scheduled to be addressed in a future release of the product.
