Unable to import the entire Active Directory into the Employee List.

Problem

When choosing the option to 'Import All from Active Directory...', the application appears to stop and no new entries appear in the Employee List.

Cause

In prior releases, Clearwell would attempt to contact and extract information from every domain controller in the environment, subject to a 5 minute timeout.

 

Solution

This issue has been resolved in Clearwell eDiscovery Platform 7.1.1 Fix Pack 5 (ESA-27378) or higher.
